Returns and Refunds – Missoni Australia (by Trumarq)

We hope you love your Missoni purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Submit the online return request – Complete the Return Form through our portal (link to be provided).

  2. Ensure your items are in original condition – Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

  3. Prepare your parcel – Place the items in the original box or a sturdy equivalent. Attach the provided return label so it covers the original shipping label.

  4. Book a collection or drop-off – Follow the instructions provided with your return label to schedule a pickup or drop off your parcel.

Please note: Returns can only be shipped from within Australia. Some categories, including fragrances, lingerie, swimwear, or sale items, may not be eligible for return.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received at our store, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

  • After your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund to your original payment method.

Estimated processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Card – Up to 7 business days (depending on your card issuer)

  • PayPal – Generally within 24 hours

  • Buy-now-pay-later providers (e.g., Afterpay/Klarna) – Up to 14 days

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

 


 

Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges by mail. If you would like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Exchanges may be available at our Sydney boutique (details to be confirmed).
