Ordering, Payment & Shipping – Missoni Australia (by Trumarq)

How to Order

To purchase a Missoni product on www.trumarq.com:

  1. Select your preferred item(s), choose the colour and size, and click Add to Cart.

  2. At the end of the shopping session, click “Checkout” in the Cart.

  3. Enter your email and delivery details.

  4. Select the type of shipment and payment

  5. Check that the information entered is correct and click on "Pay Now".

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details. 

  • Orders are generally processed within [1-2 business days] of payment confirmation.

  • When your order shipped out, we’ll send another shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

 

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • PayPal – for quick and secure checkout

  • Buy Now Pay Later (Afterpay/Klarna) – pay in instalments if available at checkout

All prices include GST. Your card or account will be charged when your order is confirmed.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post within Australia/ Fedex for international shipping/ ship to New Zealand. 

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 6 business days to metro areas (longer for regional or remote locations).

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days to metro areas (longer for regional or remote locations).

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • A signature may be required on delivery to ensure secure receipt.

  • International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the receiver.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code once your order is on its way. You can also check your order status any time via your email confirmation link.


 

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to collect your order? Simply select In-Store Pickup at checkout.

  • We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

  • Pickup location: Missoni, Shop 7.10, 25 Martin Place 2000 Sydney.

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.
